Mr. Somboon, with a Master’s degree in Psychiatry from Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Boromrajajonnee College, has received specialized training, such as Pan Asian Resuscitation Outcomes Study (PAROS) in Singapore, Aeromedical Evacuation certified by the National Institute of Emergency Medicine in Thailand. He is also equipped with National Disaster Life Support training from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, USA, and Thailand’s Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT). His extensive experience includes Thailand USAR team for the Turkish earthquake 2023, Thailand EMT mobile team during the COVID-19 outbreak 2021, MERT team for the 2015 earthquake in Nepal, and Mobile Medical team to help the effected victims from the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan 2006.
