Dr Luke Nasedra is currently the Medical Superintendent at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital in Suva, Fiji. He is also the Head of Fiji Emergency Medical Assistance Team (FEMAT). He was the Chair of the Technical Working Group that led the verification of FEMAT in 2019. He is an anaesthetist by profession and was heavily involved in Disaster Response in Fiji and the Pacific with one year military deployment to Syria. He was also one of the WHO EMT Assessors for Korea EMT in 2022. He is 50 years old and married with two children. He loves rugby and is a good team player.
