Secretary-General of National Institute for Emergency Medicine Thailand
Before joining NIEM, he served as physician in the Royal Thai Air Forces; became emergency physician and flight physician of Bangkok Hospital and a director within NIEM. Flt.Lt. Atchariya Pangma has extensive experience in emergency aeromedical operation by actively involved in more than 1,000 cases of ground interfacility transfers, and has completed aeromedical trainings throughout his career. As a former director and current Secretary-General of NIEM, he manages the Thai Sky Doctor System, oversees the Universal Coverage for Emergency Patients Policy and initiates many other projects. Currently, he’s been moving forward on promoting safety in tourism, sports and industrial workplace.
